How will Government and Industry work together to manage the transition to NextGen?

The REDCLOUD REPORT recently sat down with GARY CHURCH, PRESIDENT OF AMA AND BECKY UMBAUGH, VP for Business Development for their unique industry perspective on our air traffic control system including an overview of AMA's history, the transition, challenges and objectives of NextGen as well as other topics.

This is a great interview from a laymen's perspective as both Gary and Becky tell us what's really happening in very easy to understand terms. 

In the final episode with Pete Dumont, President of ATCA we discuss the impact of the Very Light Jet (VLJ) market on the current air traffic controller workforce, their expected workload over the next few years and finally - how the FAA is planning to recruit and train our future air traffic controller workforce. Pete gives us an overview of the FAA Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS) which will be awarded within the next 12 months.
